Australia have won by eight wickets - a consolation victory, and Sri Lanka take the series 2-1. Clint McKay is Man of the Match and the Player of the Series is Lasith Malinga.

Well played by Michael Clarke to guide that chase, but the win was set up by superb bowling from Clint McKay and Mitchell Starc, who showed some real promise in his second ODI.
