Perth Scorchers win by 50 runs and that was rarely in doubt during the second half of the game. Set up by Finn Allen's brilliant century and they did enough with the ball. Tim Seifert was good and Jake Fraser-McGurk briefly cut loose, but Renegades couldn't get close. It sets up a huge game between Scorchers and Stars with the winner to host the Qualifier final which also earns the second chance. Brisbane Heat vs Sydney Sixers will determine the fourth finalist. Feels like Scorchers are timing their run nicely. Players in form, especially with the bat, and Josh Inglis to come back in. Allen says he has a little hamstring niggle so taking a cautious approach by not fielding. That wraps things up for tonight. We'll be back for the Sydney Smash tomorrow (featuring Steve Smith and Mitchell Starc). For now, from Gnasher and the scoring team, it's goodnight and thanks for joining us.
