Fall of wickets: 1-0 (Mahmudul Hasan Joy, 0.2 ov), 2-1 (Parvez Hossain Emon, 1.5 ov), 3-3 (Zakir Hasan, 2.5 ov), 4-41 (Afif Hossain, 6.5 ov), 5-86 (Shahadat Hossain, 16.1 ov)
2.5 to Zakir Hasan, edged and taken! Malaysia have three inside the first three overs, and Bangladesh don't know what has hit them! Full delivery outside off that swerves away very late. Zakir, looking at the width, thinks he can go inside out. Because the ball moves late, it takes the outside edge and short third man completes a very regulation catch!. 3/3
6.5 to Afif Hossain, holes out to deep mid wicket! Flighted up just a touch outside off and Afif's eyes light up. He gets down on one knee and slogs at it. Does not middle this one, though, and hits it straight down deep mid wicket's throat!. 41/4
1.5 to Parvez Hossain Emon, huge appeal, and given! Bangladesh are two down very early! Darted in on a full length on off stump. Emon, feeling the pinch of the dot balls, gets down on one knee and swipes across the line. The ball is too full to be playing that stroke, though, and he plays all over it. Gets pinned on the pads and the umpire has no hesitation in raising his finger!. 1/2
16.1 to Shahadat Hossain, skies it, and Shahadat perishes! Flighted up full on off stump. Shahadat clears his front leg and has a massive mow across the line. Slices it terribly and the ball goes miles up into the air. The bowler calls early, runs back and completes a smart catch!. 86/5

Fall of wickets: 1-14 (Zubaidi Zulkifle, 2.5 ov), 2-18 (Muhammad Amir, 4.3 ov), 3-18 (Ahmad Faiz, 4.4 ov), 4-38 (Syed Aziz, 9.1 ov), 5-72 (Vijay Unni, 14.4 ov), 6-72 (Sharvin Muniandy, 14.5 ov), 7-112 (Ainool Hafizs, 18.5 ov), 8-112 (Virandeep Singh, 19.4 ov)
2.5 to Zubaidi Zulkifle, Zulkifle departs! Hard length outside off. Zulkifle has decided that he wants to go down swinging. Another wild slog and this one spoons up off the outside edge. Point runs back and snaffles up the chance. This seemed on the cards, considering Mondol had Zulkifle worried with his pace and bounce!. 14/1
14.4 to S Vijay Unni, Mondol breaks the partnership! Length delivery hung outside off. Unni advances and throws his hands at it. Slices it, though, and deep cover point takes a fairly regulation catch. A rush of blood really, and Malaysia are now five down!. 72/5
14.5 to S Muniandy, two in two for Mondol! Hard length on off stump. Sharvin, facing his first ball, has an ugly yahoo across the line. He is in no shape whatsoever and the ball goes straight up. Jaker, with the gloves, calls early and does the rest!. 72/6
4.3 to Muhammad Amir, another wild hack, and Amir pays the price! Floated up outside off and Amir, looking at the flight, thinks he can deposit this over cow corner. The problem, though, is that the ball holds in the surface and spins away, taking the outside edge and nestling into short third man's palms!. 18/2
4.4 to Ahmed Faiz, two in two for Afif, what is happening here?! Low full toss down the leg side. Faiz walks across his stumps and looks to paddle it. Somehow manages to top-edge it and short fine leg cannot believe his luck. Afif cannot believe it either, and Malaysia are three down, just like that!. 18/3
19.4 to Virandeep Singh, taken at long on! Virandeep bites the dust, and he is absolutely distraught! Full and hung outside Virandeep's hitting arc. He tries to muscle it over long on but can only hit it down the fielder's throat. Long on just about held onto that - in fact, it was a combination of his hands and left thigh that got the job done! What a moment in this game!. 112/8
9.1 to Syed Aziz, Aziz falls! Tossed up beautifully on a length just outside off. Aziz looks to dump it over the deep square leg fence but is not to the pitch of the ball. He has to then reach out and while doing so, the ball clinks off the toe-end. Lobs towards deep square leg, who does the rest. Is that the game?!. 38/4
18.5 to Ainool Hafizs, bowled'im around his legs! Full and darted into leg stump. Hafizs, knowing the finish line is close, tries to paddle sweep it. Does not get any bat on it, though, and the ball sneaks past the bat before smashing into leg stump. A very useful cameo but he would have loved to have finished the job!. 112/7
