TOTAL50 Ov (RR: 5.70, 209 Mins)285/7
Fall of wickets: 1-38 (Sanath Jayasuriya, 8.1 ov), 2-49 (Mahela Jayawardene, 10.5 ov), 3-214 (Upul Tharanga, 38.3 ov), 4-219 (Kumar Sangakkara, 39.4 ov), 5-235 (Tillakaratne Dilshan, 42.1 ov), 6-259 (Farveez Maharoof, 46.4 ov), 7-273 (Muthiah Muralidaran, 48.2 ov)
10.5 to DPMD Jayawardene, a short, wide ball brings another breakthrough for Zimbabwe as Jayawardene chases the delivery from Ireland and sends a thin edge through to Taylor. It would probably have been called a wide and Jayawardene can hardly believe what he's done but that's a huge wicket. 49/2
39.4 to KC Sangakkara, tries to clear long off but doesn't get hold of the lofted drive and is comfortably held by Matsikenyeri. An impressive innings from Sangakkara but now Sri Lanka have two new batsmen in the middle so maybe there's a chance for the Zimbabweans to keep the total down. 219/4
42.1 to TM Dilshan, a bit of a soft dismissal. The batsman tried to paddle that, got a bit of a top edge and that's straight down's Kamungozi's throat at square leg, and the fielder makes no mistake. That's another blip in Sri Lanka's progress. 235/5
46.4 to MF Maharoof, that was a huge shout and a deserved wicket; the ball was nicely flighted and that pitched in line, turned a touch and that's the first wicket of the day for Kamungozi, his third in all.. 259/6
48.2 to M Muralidaran, that's clubbed off the bottom of the bat straight down long-off's throat and Muralitharan's cameo (10 from six balls) comes to an end. 273/7
38.3 to WU Tharanga, goes for a big swing through the leg side, but he was getting tired and missed the ball by a fair distance as it crashes into the stumps. The end of another fine innings from the left-hander who has built a platform from which the rest of the Sri Lankan batsmen can really have a dip in the closing overs.&. 214/3

TOTAL42.3 Ov (RR: 3.31, 189 Mins)141
Fall of wickets: 1-7 (Piet Rinke, 1.5 ov), 2-7 (Tafadzwa Mufambisi, 2.1 ov), 3-23 (Chamu Chibhabha, 6.5 ov), 4-86 (Brendan Taylor, 18.5 ov), 5-86 (Hamilton Masakadza, 19.2 ov), 6-89 (Elton Chigumbura, 19.3 ov), 7-107 (Stuart Matsikenyeri, 22.6 ov), 8-126 (Prosper Utseya, 35.4 ov), 9-134 (Anthony Ireland, 39.2 ov), 10-141 (Tawanda Mupariwa, 42.3 ov)
2.1 to TV Mufambisi, and another one goes. Huge waft away from his body against a delivery that bounces and Mufambisi sends a high edge flying towards Jayawardene at second slip, who this time makes no mistake and pouches it with two hands above his head. Sadly, it's a familiar tale for Zimbabwe but this is impressive bowling from Malinga. 7/2
6.5 to CJ Chibhabha, outstanding bowling from Malinga, the pace was too much for Chibhabha as he is caught on the crease and sends a thick edge towards third slip where Dilshan holds a sharp chance down by his ankles. Zimbabwe's top order again being blown away.. 23/3
42.3 to T Mupariwa, finally Malinga gets one straight and Mupariwa misses a wild heave to bring this match to an end. The result has been known for much of Zimbabwe's innings but the Sri Lankan bowlers will be pleased with their run out, although there were a few too many extras once again. 141/10
1.5 to HP Rinke, that was very much on the cards. Perera pitches up and finds a hint of inswing, a loose drive from Rinke takes the inside edge and crashes into the stumps.. 7/1
18.5 to BRM Taylor, cleaned up with a pearler that came back in and went right through the gate, taking middle and off stumps. Another good fight from Taylor, with a very promising innings, comes to an end. 86/4
22.6 to S Matsikenyeri, you could see that wicket coming a mile off and it's Matsikenyeri who falls to the short ball as he can't get out of the way, the ball takes the glove and flies behind the wicket. Sangakkara tries to jump for it but Jayasuriya runs round and grabs a comfortable chance as the end gets closer for Zimbabwe. 107/7
19.2 to H Masakadza, squared up by that one which was just leaving him and he got an edge on it which was cleanly taken with two hands by Sangakkara, away to his right. And that's a slow walk off for the batsman. 86/5
35.4 to P Utseya, edged and gone! Muralitharan gets a wicket with a doosra, with a simple feather straight to the welcoming hands of first slip. "Give Murali a stationary target long enough..." deadpans Jeff Dujon, and he couldn't be more right.. 126/8
39.2 to AJ Ireland, another doosra and that's comprehensively beaten the batsman who was looking for the off-break, but it went the other way, just rubbing the outside edge and Sangakkara does the rest. 134/9
