`What a display of boundary hitting we have just seen from George Dockrell. When he came to the crease the Lightning Innings looked in a little bit of trouble, yet 9 sixes off his blade meant that his team ended up winning with 9 balls to spare.

Every single Lightning batter got into double figures, yet I suppose when one of your players scores 68* off only 18 balls, you probably deserve to win. Who needs stick cricket eh?

You will not be surprised to know that George Dockrell has been named the player of the match as The Lightning win by 5 wickets, and take four important points

The Lightning stay in third place in the table, but move one point nearer the Warriors in second place, with the Reds still five points clear at the top. Although the Warriors will be hoping to close that gaps they take on the Knights in an hours time.

I hope that you'll be able to join me then, until then, this is Justin Smyth saying goodbye from Pembroke!
