Dhaka took a 109-run lead thanks to Marshall Ayub's 132 and Mehrab Hossain Jnr's 89. The pair added 175 runs for the fourth wicket as Dhaka declared on 329 for nine on the fourth day. Rajshahi could bat only three overs before play ended. Marshall was adjudged the Player-of the Match.
