Fall of wickets: 1-65 (Tillakaratne Dilshan, 6.2 ov), 2-165 (Kumar Sangakkara, 22.3 ov), 3-169 (Upul Tharanga, 24.4 ov), 4-173 (Mahela Jayawardene, 25.6 ov), 5-204 (Chamara Kapugedera, 34.3 ov), 6-210 (Thilina Kandamby, 35.5 ov), 7-210 (Suraj Randiv, 35.6 ov), 8-218 (Nuwan Kulasekara, 38.1 ov), 9-236 (Ajantha Mendis, 42.6 ov), 10-239 (Lasith Malinga, 44.2 ov)
35.5 to SHT Kandamby, bowled em! Ishant continues his very good spell by keeping it full and straight to Kandamby who presses forward on the defensive and gets an inside edge as the ball straightens a wee bit after pitching, the top off off stump goes back and Ishant is absolutely loving it. 210/6
35.6 to S Randiv, edged and gone! Two in two for Ishant and its because of that fuller length and the bit of movement it produces! This one is again pitched up to Randiv who pushes at it off the front foot and gets the faintest of edges through to Karthik. 210/7
6.2 to TM Dilshan, whew, relief for India and the crowd explodes! Nehra drags it short, Dilshan harries out and goes for a pull, its too short and he gets a top edge off the shoulder of the bat and Karthik runs back to hold it, had he dropped that ... ummm ..... 65/1
44.2 to SL Malinga, that is that! Nehra goes full just outside off stump, Malinga stands there and swings and inside-edges onto the base of his stumps. 239/10
25.6 to DPMD Jayawardene, short ball gets a wicket! Harbhajan drags it down, Jayawardene goes for a pull but hits it straight to a leaping Raina at midwicket, and he cannot believe it. 173/4
22.3 to KC Sangakkara, stumped, on the second attempt! Sangakkara dances down the track and looks to whip it against the turn, he's beaten in the air and the ball breaks away off the track, Karthik fumbles the collection but regroups to break the stumps on the second attempt, take that blooming baseball grill off, man. 165/2
24.4 to WU Tharanga, bowled em! Well done Jadeja, tosses it up on a length outside off stump, Tharanga drives at the ball against the spin with a massive gap between bat and pad, the ball pitches and turns in a long, long way and hits off stump. 169/3
34.3 to CK Kapugedera, dragged on! A nothing dismissal, as Kapudegera goes back and chases the ball away from his body and chops it back onto his sticks. 204/5
38.1 to KMDN Kulasekara, that is plumb! Jadeja continues to plug away from around the stumps, pushing in an arm ball that slides on and hits Kulasekara in front of middle and leg as the bat comes down late on the attempted defensive shot back down the track. 218/8
42.6 to BAW Mendis, lovely way to end his spell! Slows the pace, tosses it up just outside the line, gets a little bit of turn back in but its enough to slide past the bat and hit off stump. 236/9

Fall of wickets: 1-55 (Virender Sehwag, 6.6 ov), 2-127 (Gautam Gambhir, 21.3 ov), 3-169 (Yuvraj Singh, 32.5 ov)
6.6 to V Sehwag, well held, Dilshan! Sehwag absolutely smashes a short ball in the air to backward point where Dilshan cups it, fumbles, and then grasps it off his chest. 55/1
32.5 to Yuvraj Singh, nicked and gone! Welegedara smartly follows the bouncer with a fuller and wider ball which lures Yuvraj into a terrible drive away from the body, the lack of coordination does for him and Sangakkara takes the outside edge. 169/3
21.3 to G Gambhir, oh well held, Randiv! Another slow loopy delivery on leg stump and Gambhir looks to again turn it away, this time there is some turn and he gets a leading edge that pops up and starts to die but Randiv scampers forward and dives forward to pluck it an inch off the grass ... Gambhir is not convinced and waits for replays which show the bowler did indeed take a really good catch in his followthrough. 127/2
