5.30pm: They were well off the pace at halfway, needing 75 from 50 balls - but in the end, Amy Jones and Ellyse Perry got home at a canter. Both finished unbeaten, their stand worth a cool 78 off 48, as Phoenix made sure their excellent bowling effort didn't go to waste. Rockets just didn't have enough on the board, albeit they defended a small target in their last game. Anyway, the men's teams are starting their warm-ups, so why not join us for the evening game? B'bye now

Amy Jones is today's Match Hero: "Felt quite difficult, the run rate was creeping up. They bowled quite tight and it was hard to find the boundary. [Batting with Perry] Great, she's got a world of experience, kept calm throughout and found her shots at the end. [Arlott] She's been great all year, for her to have the success is brilliant. A lot of credit to the bowlers. We had a really good day in the outfield - maybe not behind the stumps. With games coming so fast, momentum is something we want to keep going."
