Date set for new Annual General Meeting

The Hong Kong Cricket Association (HKCA) has announced that the 2012 Annual General Meeting will be reconvened on Friday, 6th July 2012 at the Hong Kong Cricket Club, 137 Wong Nai Chung Gap Road. The meeting will start at 7PM.

The original meeting, held on 2nd June, was adjourned when nominations for the Executive Committee positions of President, Chairman and Treasurer were withdrawn prior to the meeting.

Nominations for all positions on the Executive Committee for 2012-13 are being called for again.

The new deadline for receiving nominations for the 2012-13 Executive Committee is 7PM, 3rd July 2012 (Tuesday).

The new deadline for notification of Voting Representative Replacements is 7PM, 4th July 2012 (Wednesday).
