The ICC Under 15 Tournament for Central and Southern Africa will be played in Windhoek, Namibia from the 13th - 17th September 2005.
The Under 15 teams from Botswana, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia and Zambia will do battle for five days in the hope of being crowned Under 15 Champs of Central and Southern Africa.
For newcomers Mozambique this will be their first, junior tournament and they have been in preparation for the past month, and under the auspices of a female coach Michelle Rousseu hope to cause an upset.
Defending Champions, Namibia, will no doubt be hoping that the saying of home advantage plays true as they do battle to retain the title, but they will have the likes of Zambia and Botswana hot on their heels trying to improve on the close defeat suffered at the last tournament.
And by no means can Lesotho and Malawi be overlooked as they have made tremendous strides to improve their game and will be hoping to take it to the teams.
The tournament commences with the official March pass by all the competing teams at 08h00 on the 13th September 2005.
Results from all games will be published daily on www.icc-africa-cricket.com during the tournament.
