At 177-6 in the 42nd over, Zimbabwe were in with a shout - but Elton Chigumbura was superbly run out at the wicketkeeper's end by Sabbir Rahman's direct hit from mid-off, and slow left-armer Arafat Sunny took three wickets (all bowled) in his final over. The target should have been higher after Tamim Iqbal and Anamul Haque started with 158, Bangladesh's second-biggest opening stand in ODIs, but then Shakib fell first ball, and the innings lost its way: the last 17 overs produced only 93 runs.
