88.2 to F du Plessis, big appeal for caught behind! Given not out and we have a review. Ramdin called for it very quickly. I think there might be an edge here. Lovely delivery, pitches just outside off stump and shapes away from du Plessis. There's a small click as it goes past the edge. We don't have Hot Spot in this series. But we do have Snicko, which shows a spike as the ball passes the edge. And that's enough evidence to overturn Reiffel's decision. What a start to the second day. All action. Delight to dejection for du Plessis. Just what West Indies needed. 274/3 98.2 to AB de Villiers, what a ball! That's a beauty! Full, late swing, de Villiers aiming to whip it to the leg side, the ball swings past the outside edge and knocks back the off stump. Great sight for Taylor. What a gem. As Michael Holding says on TV, that's like the deliveries he bowled against England in Jamaica in 2009. 304/5

74.1 to D Elgar, that is Peters' maiden Test wicket, he has looked harmless with his pace but has stuck to his lines, Elgar did not need to play at this length ball, but went reaching for it, and it moved away slightly to take a thin edge behind, big partnership broken with under six overs to go for the second new ball. 226/2 113.6 to S van Zyl, and the aggression proves his downfall. Sees another full ball outside off, goes after it with another drive, not much footwork, reaching for the ball and gets an edge to the keeper. Falling in the cause, van Zyl, but that may adjust South Africa's plans again. 348/7

97.1 to HM Amla, and he's gone! Will Amla review? Was a length delivery which nipped back, takes him fairly high on the pad and Bowden's finger goes up. Stuck him just above the roll. There was a discussion between Amla and AB, it appeared AB suggested it might be worth a look but Amla then walks off. Maybe ran out of time. Nicely bowled by Holder.. 300/4

11.5 to AN Petersen, what a way to get yourself out, this is short, wide and climbing too much, so much that Petersen has to jump to be able to reach it with a near vertical bat, he ends up hitting it high over cover and the fielder runs back to take it. 47/1 108.4 to T Bavuma, this time he's gone! Brutish delivery. Short and climbs on Bavuma outside off, rears up and grazes the glove as he can't get out of the line. Superb bowling. They check for the no-ball, but he's fine.. 325/6

121.6 to DW Steyn, this time he's gone...he only had one thought, tried to clear long on but gets too far underneath it and gives Holder time to steady himself under the catch.. 417/8

64.6 to MN Samuels, he's gone! But Samuels calls for the review. No-ball is fine, it was a full delivery which he played across. Heading leg-side, but it's been given on the field. Tailed back into Samuels. Just clipping leg stump, so he's a goner. South Africa have their breakthrough at last.. 231/3

16.5 to DS Smith, gone! Morkel rewarded. Although it needed a juggle. Pitches this full outside off, Smith is late coming forward, his front foot isn't stable, gets a healthy outside edge which flies to first slip. Amla can't take it on the first grab, but keeps his cool and holds the rebound.. 55/1 16.6 to LR Johnson, first ball! Pretty poor from Johnson. It's a very full ball outside off, Johnson reaches out for it and gets a fat edge towards third slip where it's neatly held. 55/2 65.3 to KC Brathwaite, and another! An opening for South Africa? One brings two, both century-makers back in the hutch as Brathwaite drives at a delivery that wasn't full enough for the shot and he gets a healthy edge to second slip who takes it at knee height. 233/4 75.1 to JO Holder, they are falling quickly now! A length ball outside off, Holder neither forward or back and gets a thin outside edge to de Villiers. Regulation stuff.. 265/7

74.1 to D Ramdin, he's got one! Something for Tahir. Ramdin called for the review. Was a full googly, spins back to beat the inside edge. So no bat. Has it done too much and will miss leg stump? Ramdin got a decent stride in. The decision stands, the ball taking the top of leg stump. Not plumb, but out enough as it was given by Reiffel. The wrong 'un brings him a wicket. 260/5 74.3 to S Chanderpaul, and another! How things can change. Tahir has two in three balls. Was a short delivery, Chanderpaul went to defend on the back foot. Played with soft hands, another googly, and the ball drops down by his feet then spins back between his legs to dribble into the stumps. It will just say 'bowled' in the book.. 261/6 76.6 to SJ Benn, he's got three now! Benn couldn't hold back. Another googly, the left hander went for a big slog and got an outside edge which looped nicely to slip. Pretty poor batting, really. Didn't seem to want to try and hang around. 270/8
