Uganda benefit from Aussie generosity

The Uganda Cricket Association has received a major shipment of equipment from Australia , the largest ever donation in the history of Ugandan cricket

The Uganda Cricket Association has received a major shipment of equipment from Australia, the largest ever donation in the history of Ugandan cricket. The donation included more than 100 bats, 150 pairs of pads, junior cricket equipment, gloves, helmets, stumps, wicketkeeping gear and more.

    What a fantastic effort by Bankstown CC. All credit to those who organised this. other Associates would do well to nurture any similar contacts they have. A step further would be for Bankstown to take on a Ugandan player - imagine the boost that would give their (Uganda's) players!
