The Western Australian Cricket Association today announced its Western Warriors and State selection panel for season 2003-04.

The Western Australian Cricket Association today announced its Western Warriors and State selection panel for season 2003-04.
Former Test and Western Australian spinner Mr Tom Hogan joins the four-man panel for a first time.
Mr Hogan played seven Tests and made 56 appearances for WA during his career in the early 1980s. He took 158 wickets for WA and 15 Test wickets.
Mr Wayne Hill remains as Chairman of Selectors with Mr Peter Capes as deputy-chairman.
Mr Lee Bott continues into his second season on the panel.
The Western Australian Selection Panel is:
Wayne Hill (Chairman), Peter Capes (Deputy Chairman), Lee Bott, Tom Hogan.
Former WA fast-bowler Mr Dennis Baker will not continue on the panel.
WACA Chief Executive Mrs Kath White praised Mr Baker for his stint as a State selector.
"Dennis has been a diligent and effective selector for us and I would like to thank him for his service," said Mrs White.
Mr Hogan said he believed joining the WACA and the Warriors is an exciting challenge.
"I felt it was time to offer some service back to WA cricket and I'm really excited about the challenge," he said.
"It's great to be given the opportunity to have an input into bringing Western Australia back to being a force in Australian cricket."
