At Georgetown, March 30. West Indies won by seven wickets. Toss: West Indies. Marshall returned to the West Indian team for his first match of the series and a more than capacity crowd of 20,000 saw him dismiss Shoaib in his second over. Ramiz (88 balls, twelve fours) and Miandad got the innings going with 52 in eleven overs before Gray removed Ramiz and Salim Malik with successive balls. Miandad, who when 34 survived an appeal for hit wicket, went on to score his first hundred against West Indies off the last ball of the innings - the 99th he received. His sixth one-day international hundred, it was also the first for Pakistan against West Indies in one-day games and contained ten fours. Simmons (73 balls, two sixes, one five, eleven fours) and Richardson (98 balls, ten fours) added 157 in 26 overs for West Indies' second wicket, and when Imran dismissed them both, Dujon and Greenidge took West Indies to their clean sweep of the series.
