A legspinning allrounder and a product of the Middlesex academy, Hollman bowls bouncy legbreaks and strikes a clean ball in the lower-middle order. He was a regular in the England Under-19 set-up and was the youngest member of the World Cup squad in New Zealand in 2018, and made an impression coming in as a finisher and bowling tidily in the 2020 T20 Blast. He made a first-class debut against Surrey in early 2021, and was a regular pick in the 2022 Championship season, making four half-centuries with a best of 82.
