2.2 to Shafali Verma, The legend gets the prodigy! Good length outside off but angling into the stumps. Verma wants to play the cute late cut, but the ball goes past her edge and knocks off stump back. Experience wins on this occasion. 17/1 4.3 to DN Wyatt, taken at mid off! And Wyatt can't clear the infield. Full, on off, in the slot to put it away, but she can't get the power. Smart take from the fielder, backpedaling behind and taking it from near her head. 19/4

3.2 to M Raj, trapped in front of middle! Length ball on off, and skidding into her pads. Tries to work it leg side, but the ball hits her back leg instead. Plumb, and umpire Pathak raises his finger in a flash. If you're a fan of the pink team, things look very pretty right now. 19/2 3.3 to V Krishnamurthy, on a hat-trick! Good length on off, and a quicker one! Angling in, and Veda is caught in two minds, whether to leave or cut. Goes under her bat, and hits the middle of middle.. 19/3 5.3 to S Verma, Ecclestone is on fire! Another one hits the stumps. Good length, outside off and angling in. Sushma wants to cut, but the ball goes under her bat, and the stumps are dislocated again.. 21/5 15.1 to Jahanara Alam, that looks good, and is given out leg before! Jahanara Alam was always going to look to press forward and defend, and knowing that fully well, Ecclestone fires this in straight and quick. Jahanara tries to get some bat on it, but it seems to hit pad first before taking part of the inside edge. Eccelstone put in about three or four loud appeals, with some loud, unflinching support from behind the stumps, before umpire Pashchim Pathak raised his finger. 47/10

8.1 to S Luus, soft dismissal! Good length, on off, and the ball sticks. Pops up after hitting the deck, and it hits the top of her bat as she tries to defend. In the air, and simply taken by the bowler. Time out too. 27/6 8.2 to SD Pradhan, goes back to one, and given out leg before. She chooses to review this. It was tossed up around leg stump, and straightened from there. She went back to it, and that is where she may have put herself in trouble. Indeed, it stays out. 27/7

13.3 to E Bisht, intent, but leads to her downfall. Tossed up around middle, and she just held her length back a touch. Ekta Bisht comes down the track and looks to swat it over the bowler, but can only hit it back in the air. Deepti Sharma takes a sharp catch in front of her face, and Ekta beats the turf in disgust as she drags herself away from the crease. 45/9

3.5 to S Mandhana, holes out to Jahanara Alam at mid-on! Teasing flight on this from Kasperek, and she takes the bait, looking to go over cow corner. But this is a different kind of surface, least of all when you are playing a competitive game after half a year. Mandhana gets no real connection on this and has to head back. 12/1
