Malan was looking to go in to out, hitting over the infield, but ended up dragging it straighter. Still needed some work doing, but Jimmy Neesham raced in off the rope at long-off and took it brilliantly just above the turf. 50/2 58b to AD Hales, top-edged and safely taken by Banton! Hales just couldn't find his mojo, went for the big slog-sweep but Qais found enough bounce and turn to ensure that the ball went almost straight up - straightforward bit of glovework this time, tracking back and across and few steps to his left. 71/4 | ||||||||||
