0.6 to TS Kamunhukamwe, nabbed at point! Slightly short of a length and outside off, as Kamunhukamwe plays the cut again only to find the fielder as the ball was hit aerially and right where Afif was positioned. A probing over for the opener eventually ends in his dismissal, as Bangladesh strike in the first over. 3/1
10 | 0 | 54 | 1 | 5.40 | 30 | 7 | 0 | 1 | 0 | |
47.5 to Sikandar Raza, Saifuddin has the last laugh as this slower, short ball is ramped straight into the keeper's gloves. Wanted a bit more connection to take it over Liton, but all he got was an edge. 229/9
7.2 | 0 | 34 | 1 | 4.63 | 19 | 1 | 0 | 1 | 0 | |
5.5 to T Marumani, and gets him first ball! The batter goes full swing to try and swing that away to deep midwicket with his front leg out of the way. Mehidy bowls full on middle and off, but Marumani probably played too early to that ball, and is castled with his middle stump knocked back. 33/2
10 | 0 | 46 | 4 | 4.60 | 34 | 4 | 1 | 1 | 0 | |
24.2 to BRM Taylor, back of a length, on off. Tries to ramp it over the cordon but makes no connection. But is he out caught? The umpires are checking something. What's happening here. Is it Taylor getting an edge or something else? Oh dear. It's not caught behind but hit wicket! After missing the ramp, Taylor swung his bat in a nonchalant way like one tries to shadow practice a shot, and that has clipped the stump as the bat went behind him. The curse of the nelson? Bizarre way to get out.. 111/4 44.3 to W Madhevere, slower ball, outside off and angling away. Tries to slap it over cover, but the ball goes straight up in the air since he's through the shot too early. Tamim at long off runs in, and dives forward to take a difficult catch. End of a very useful innings. 209/6 46.3 to LM Jongwe, tries the yorker, ends up as a knee high full toss. Jongwe looks to hammer it over the leg side but it doesn't have the distance. Mosaddek in the deep takes the catch. Bowler riding his luck today, you'd think. Full toss wicket right now and that Taylor hit wicket earlier. 220/7 46.6 to B Muzarabani, short ball, on middle. Muzarabani backs away to clobber it over wide long on, but top-edged for the wicketkeeper to get under it. 221/8
10 | 0 | 42 | 2 | 4.20 | 28 | 2 | 0 | 1 | 0 | |
15.4 to RW Chakabva, gone! Fullish on middle, and angling into leg. Tries to drive after getting outside the ball's line. Misses the shot, hits his pad, and crashes onto the stumps on the ricochet. 80/3 32.5 to D Myers, lobbed up, and caught at long-on! And much like it has happened before, a wicket falls just after the drinks break. Shortish length on off, and he rocks back to pull that on to the leg side, but gets it straight to long-on, where Mahmudullah bends low to grab that. 146/5

28.1 to Mahmudullah, back of a length, outside off, and edged first ball! Tries to cut, ball was rising, and edged to Chakabva! In the corridor of uncertainty, and the extra bounce does the trick. Replays show that he rolled his fingers over the ball.. 130/5

9.3 to Tamim Iqbal, excellent take by Raza at point! He dives to his left to grab that with both hands, as Tamim tries to pierce that gap between point and cover-point again off this good length ball outside off. He instead pushes it in the air, and an alert Raza nabs that. 39/1 13.6 to Mohammad Mithun, another diving catch, and another Bangladesh wicket falls. This time it is Madhevere at cover-point, who dives to his left to nab that. Good length ball bowled wide of off, and Mithun plays away from the body only to push that aerially toward the fielder. 50/3
9 | 1 | 33 | 1 | 3.66 | 30 | 1 | 0 | 4 | 0 | |
12.2 to Litton Das, gets a top edge to this pull, and mid-on takes an easy catch. Good length delivery on middle, and not all that short to pull. But Liton goes for the short perhaps a bit too early, and mistimes it to Taylor, who takes it comfortably. A set batter is dismissed. 46/2
10 | 0 | 39 | 1 | 3.90 | 28 | 1 | 0 | 2 | 0 | |
31.6 to Mehidy Hasan Miraz, full on off, slog swept but that's been swallowed by deep midwicket running in. Unnecessary shot, trying to get the boundary off the last ball, but he's found that solitary fielder riding the boundary line on the leg side. Inexperience? Remember, he's only 23.. 145/6
6 | 0 | 33 | 1 | 5.50 | 14 | 2 | 0 | 3 | 0 | |
38.3 to Afif Hossain, stumped with one turning away. Fullish delivery just outside off and tossed up a little. Afif dances down the track, and is beaten on the outside edge with the ball turning away from him. Chakabva can't have them easier, and Afif has to go. Would this wicket put more pressure on Shakib then?. 173/7 |
