Points will be allocated as detailed below:

a. Outright win : 6
b. Tie : 3
c. Draw : 2
d. First Innings Lead : 1

If play starts with less than 10 hours of playing time remaining, a one innings match will be played. No first innings lead points will be awarded and the winning team will be awarded 6 points.

In the event of a tie in points at the end of the competition, the team that wins the competition will be determined by:

• The team that won the head to head matches between the teams that are tied on points.
• If still equal, the team that took the most wickets
• If still equal, the team that scored the most runs.
• If still equal, the team with the better net run rate.
