Please note that the deadline for the submission of forms is as follows:

• Executive Nomination - 19th May 2009
• Proxy Forms - 27th May 2009

Please also note that the application deadline for 2008-09 HKCA Membership will be closed at 5:00pm on Friday 22nd May 2009.

Application forms and payment received after the deadline will not be processed until 1st June. This is an amplification of what was in the AGM notice re membership applications.
