That brings an end to the double draft. Plenty of talking points, not least quite a few passes. But they'll be more overseas names confirmed tomorrow in WBBL and in the coming weeks for BBL. We'll have more reaction on the site over the next few days, but now thanks for following it with us.

It's draft time!

Hello and welcome to our coverage of the WBBL and BBL drafts. It's the second time the men's tournament has used this method, but it's a first for the women. It should throw up some fascinating outcomes across both. It's all due to get underway at 5.30pm AEST with the WBBL draft first, followed by the BBL at 7pm.
To get things going, here are the full player lists for both:
And here's an explainer about how it all works - The one additional element to note here is the direct nominations available in WBBL, which allows players to skip the draft and sign direct with a club - for a maximum fee of 95% of the silver band which is AU$65,000.
