1.2 to N Dickwella, And gets him again stumped! Dickwella gets in an awful tangle skipping down and yorks himself! He skips out early, it drifted in full and he ran over the top of it, it went through his legs, Carey had an awkward take unsighted, but he kept his wits despite fumbling it initially, he caught the rebound and stumped him easily. 5/1

40.2 to DN Wellalage, holes out to long off! Easy catch for Warner. He skipped out trying to launch down the ground but sliced it high to Warner at long off who took a pretty comfortable catch well in from the rope. 207/6 42.5 to C Karunaratne, huge appeal for lbw! Australia review. Karunaratne stepped a long way across his stumps to paddle sweep fine. If he didn't hit it this is close. It came off pad and ran fine for leg byes. But he got hit on the pad and you could see leg stump. Ultraedge is taking it's time. Now we've got it. No bat involved. Ball tracking says smashing middle and leg. Absolutely plumb! He's out. Good review from Kuhnemann, Carey and Finch who all discussed it.. 222/7

6.3 to BKG Mendis, chopped on! Big wicket for Cummins. 133kph, back of a length wide of off, but not it wasn't that short, he tried to but was hurried a touch and it comes off a thick inside edge onto the stumps.. 26/2 47.4 to KIC Asalanka, holes out to deep midwicket! He tried to launch a length ball over deep midwicket. He got a good piece of it but it just fell short of the rope and Finch was there to take the catch. 256/8

9.5 to P Nissanka, caught behind! Marsh nicks him off! Scrambled seam, good length on off, some bounce and nibble away, Nissanka tried to open the bat face to run to third man but got a thin edge through to Carey. Big wicket for Australia.. 34/3 26.2 to DM de Silva, great catch! One-handed above his head by Maxwell at midwicket. Short of a length, he goes for the pull and it comes from low down the bat. Plucked out by Maxwell with his right hand. 135/4

2.4 to AJ Finch, that's out, has to be, yes given! That's plumb. Wonderful bowling. Pitches it a touch fuller, shapes back and catches Finch on the knee roll. A manner of dismissal we've seen from Finch a few times before. Well, maybe not as plumb as I thought. Clipping top of leg stump.. 3/1 48.5 to PJ Cummins, fantastic yorker! And it's eventually given lbw when Sri Lanka remember to appeal. Then Cummins reviews. Speared in at the toes, Cummins misses across the line. Takes the back foot and looks out. No bat involved. Smashing leg stump. 240/9
10 | 1 | 40 | 1 | 4.00 | 41 | 6 | 0 | 0 | 0 | |
36.2 to GJ Maxwell, huge appeal for lbw! Not given. Theekshana wants the review and they've gone for it. Maxwell got his front leg well across and then missed the ball. Is it sliding down leg? It's three reds! Hitting the top of leg stump. Massive moment. Great review. It was the bowler who really believed. 190/6
10 | 0 | 52 | 1 | 5.20 | 29 | 5 | 0 | 0 | 0 | |
25.4 to AT Carey, holes out to deep forward square! Tossed up leg break in the arc for Carey, he tried to go with it and launch over deep forward square, he didn't quite get enough of it and Vandersay is on the rope to take the catch. 131/4
5 | 0 | 29 | 1 | 5.80 | 14 | 1 | 1 | 1 | 0 | |
11.4 to MR Marsh, great comeback! Brilliant bowling. Holds his nerve. Tosses up at off stump, Marsh comes forward, it grips and spins, takes the edge and it's a comfortable catch at slip. 66/2
10 | 0 | 39 | 2 | 3.90 | 33 | 2 | 0 | 0 | 0 | |
35.5 to TM Head, through him! Well, well. Pushed through, maybe a touch quicker, it goes straight on and Head played all round it. That's loose from Head. 189/5 37.1 to DA Warner, he's got him! Oh my goodness. Warner's stumped for 99. That's a lovely piece of bowling. Gripped and beat the outside edge, Warner overbalanced out of the crease and Dickwella had the bails off in a flash. It's gone upstairs but Warner knows he's out. Already off the ground.. 192/7
7 | 0 | 40 | 2 | 5.71 | 19 | 4 | 0 | 1 | 0 | |
19.3 to M Labuschagne, Given lbw! Labuschagne reviews. Height the only issue here. It was straight. Good length leg break that has move overspin and goes on straighter. Pitched on middle and straightened. He wiped across the line playing right back and missed it. Ball tracking has it smashing into middle and off below bail height! Well bowled. Australia burn a review and Marnus is gone.. 101/3 45.3 to C Green, done it! Gets through Green. A straight delivery skids on. Green is caught on the back foot and is beaten. Actually played it down off the bottom of the bat. 223/8

49.6 to MP Kuhnemann, high in the air over cover, and taken on the edge of the ring! Was a slower ball and it seals the series. Not sure about the call from Shanaka at the end, but all's well that ends well. 254/10 |
