Steve O'Keefe | 2 | 0 | 14 | 0 | 7.00 | 4 | 2 | 0 | 0 | 0 |
Mitchell Starc | 4 | 1 | 22 | 3 | 5.50 | 16 | 4 | 0 | 1 | 0 |
6.2 to PA Jaques, and Starc makes a good comeback after that ordinary first over. Short of a length, straight, Jaques tries to pull, gets a meaty top edge, and deep square leg gets a simple catch. 30/2 19.2 to Azeem Rafiq, short and over off stump, and Rafiq plays a slightly puzzling shot to get himself out. Backs away and tries to uppercut it, but doesn't commit full, stopping his shot mid-swing. The result is a catch to third man.. 92/8 19.6 to SA Patterson, full, fast, angled in from wide of the crease. Patterson is way late on the shot and the offstump is uprooted. Finishes a great day with the ball for Starc.. 96/9
Pat Cummins | 4 | 0 | 13 | 2 | 3.25 | 15 | 1 | 0 | 1 | 0 |
16.1 to AU Rashid, no need for a third umpire here. Rashid doesn't have much choice but to go after the bowling. The heave-ho to this length ball produces a soft edge through to Haddin. 79/5 18.4 to GS Ballance, similar ball to the previous one, and Cummins puts Ballance out of his misery. A wild swipe to a back of a length delivery over the stumps offers up a simple top edge for Brad Haddin. 90/7
Josh Hazlewood | 4 | 0 | 9 | 1 | 2.25 | 16 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 |
5.5 to AW Gale, the leg stump has gone for a walk. Too much desperation and moving around in the crease from Yorkshire. Gale moves too far across, Hazelwood bowls a straight length ball, and he is gone. 30/1
Shane Watson | 4 | 0 | 27 | 2 | 6.75 | 9 | 2 | 1 | 0 | 0 |
15.5 to A Lyth, low full toss, and he has sliced it to point. Strange way to get out. It seemed to come off the cue end, but is not a bump ball. 78/4 17.5 to DM Hodgson, almost an identical ball, but ever so slightly slower and that does Hodgson in. Tries to carve it over the off side field again, but ends up scooping it into the air and Steve Smith jogs in from long off to swallow a simple chance. 88/6
Moises Henriques | 2 | 0 | 10 | 1 | 5.00 | 5 | 1 | 0 | 0 | 0 |
12.4 to JE Root, another stump takes a walk. Root tries to pull, the ball pitches on off and stays a little low to knock the off stump back. 62/3 |

1.1 to SR Watson, Strikes first ball and it's a huge wicket. Smells like a trap that one. Sidebottom bangs it in short and into the body and Watson gets out his favourite pull shot - only there is a deep square leg fielder waiting for it.. 11/1
