Stuart Binny | 6 | 0 | 41 | 1 | 6.83 | 20 | 7 | 0 | 0 | 1 |
8.2 to AJ Finch, he's picked out mid-on! It was a length ball and Finch wanted to cart it to oblivion. The pace was a bit slower than he thought though and he skewed it to Kohli who takes a reverse-cup catch. 62/1
Bhuvneshwar Kumar | 5 | 0 | 31 | 0 | 6.20 | 17 | 5 | 0 | 0 | 0 |
Mohammed Shami | 9.2 | 0 | 83 | 3 | 8.89 | 22 | 10 | 3 | 0 | 0 |
34.2 to GJ Bailey, he would be utterly disgusted with that! Australia were pulling away in the last couple of overs. India have looked at Shami for a change of tune and he provides it by luring Bailey to pick out the fielder at point! Innocuous short ball, which he hoped to turn into a boundary by making some room, but only ends up finding Jaddu. 227/5 48.1 to MG Johnson, that's a slower short ball and Johnson goes for the pull, ends up getting a top edge that swirls to Mohit at long leg. 371/9 48.2 to PJ Cummins, Australia have been bowled out for 371. Shami spears in a fast yorker, Cummins misses and the ball hits the base of middle. Shami smile might as well translate to you-miss-and-I-hit. 371/10
Umesh Yadav | 9 | 1 | 52 | 2 | 5.77 | 29 | 3 | 3 | 1 | 0 |
16.1 to SPD Smith, happily reveals his leg stump and the risk doesn't pay off! It's been a striking feature of his batting in the tri-series, jumping outside off and whipping balls on middle and off stump through leg side, but this time he's overdone it and has to walk back. Good work from Umesh, keeping it full and straight. 120/3 44.1 to MR Marsh, short and fast, and Marsh can't connect this pull. Holes out to Rahane at deep square leg, who had to run towards his left.. 318/6 44.6 to GJ Maxwell, another short delivery and Maxwell shows no sign of abating. This one is lodged into the stands wide of long-on. 345/7
Mohit Sharma | 6 | 0 | 62 | 2 | 10.33 | 15 | 10 | 1 | 0 | 2 |
15.2 to SR Watson, The short ball gets him this time. Not entirely in control of the pull as he did not have too much room, and Axar Patel manages to latch hold before he loses his balance and topples backwards.. 115/2 45.2 to MA Starc, edged and Dhoni claims the catch. Umpires discussing the legality of it with their TV colleague, Erasmus. Looks clean. Given out now.. 346/8
Ravichandran Ashwin | 6 | 1 | 29 | 0 | 4.83 | 18 | 1 | 1 | 1 | 0 |
Axar Patel | 5 | 0 | 47 | 1 | 9.40 | 12 | 5 | 2 | 0 | 0 |
26.3 to DA Warner, bowled' im! Fires it in full to beat Warner's attempt to get under it. He was backing away, trying to give himself room to open up the off side as well. Perhaps a bit too much invention for what was essentially a straight ball. 185/4

Mitchell Starc | 4.1 | 0 | 16 | 2 | 3.84 | 18 | 2 | 0 | 2 | 0 |
9.1 to V Kohli, Kohli endures a tame dismissal. Back of a length and angled on off, Kohli wants to dab it down to third man with soft hands, but has to settle with an inside-edge, which brushes the pad and disturbs the arrangement of stumps. Kohli is gone for 18 in a big chase. 53/2 45.1 to R Ashwin, rides a shortish ball outside off down the throat of deep third man. Cummins ran in, to his left, has to dive as well to pouch it safely to complete an emphatic victory. But hey, it's only a warm-up match, right? right?. 265/10
Mitchell Johnson | 6 | 0 | 26 | 2 | 4.33 | 26 | 3 | 0 | 0 | 1 |
28.2 to S Dhawan, Mitches to the rescue! Shortish delivery restricting the freedom of his arms but Dhawan still goes for the pull and miscues it straight into to mid-on's hands. 172/4 32.3 to STR Binny, leaves a clear path for the stumps to be mowed down! He's been put under pressure by a slew of short balls and Johnson tempts him with a full and straight delivery. Binny makes room to hammer it over extra cover, loses his shape completely and walks back without looking at the mess. 185/7
Josh Hazlewood | 6 | 1 | 25 | 2 | 4.16 | 26 | 4 | 0 | 2 | 0 |
4.3 to RG Sharma, Hazlewood strikes early for the Aussies. This one enjoyed some extra bounce from a back of a length, the line was outside off, Rohit set up for a half-hearted cut. The ball grazes the outside edge and Finch grabs it at second slip after a brief juggle. 20/1 41.2 to AT Rayudu, And he's gone. Rayudu takes a big back and across step to go deep in his crease and Hazlewood bangs it in short. He's a bit late on the pull and the top edge flies towards fine leg. Haddin runs back and pouches a well-judged catch. 254/8

Pat Cummins | 6 | 1 | 30 | 3 | 5.00 | 23 | 2 | 0 | 4 | 0 |
24.4 to AM Rahane, he's skewed it to mid-on and Clarke is thrilled in the dressing room, as are the Adelaide faithful. Wanted to drag a fuller delivery on off stump into the leg side but fails to time it. 157/3 29.2 to MS Dhoni, What. A. Screamer! First the ball, short and fast coming up at Dhoni's shoulders. Then the shot, Dhoni swivels on the back foot and pulls viciously. And finally the catch, the most nonchalant grab on the edge of the boundary you will ever see. Starc just stuck out his right (wrong) hand and barely even celebrates. Cummins can only grin, guess he thought that was six too. 173/6 42.5 to RA Jadeja, gone! It's full and wide again, and this time he reaches out and slices it straight into backward point's hands, at a comfortable chest height. 258/9
