19.1 to UBT Chand, got him!! Good catch by Noor while tracking back. Naseem bowled it on a length, and really wide of off. It was a slower ball, and Chand, who had gone across the stumps very early, looked to scoop. But the ball was mistimed, and lopped up. Noor went back from short fine leg and grabbed it close to his chest. 167/6

5.1 to PD Salt, taken at short fine leg!! And, as fate has it, it is none other than Naseem who takes the catch after himself having Salt dropped off Qais. The ball is short and outside leg, and comes off the pitch rather slowly. Salt gets his front leg out of the way and looks to pull, but ends up getting a top edge. Naseem, at short fine leg, hardly has to move, before taking it with a reverse cup. 39/1 14.4 to LS Livingstone, another catch for Naseem!! This time Qais does it with the ball after taking those catches. Naseem is at short third, and he takes a step back before catching the ball with a reverse cup. Qais bowled it on a length, and wide outside off. Livingstone stepped out looking to thrash at the ball, but eventually ended up slicing it off the outside half of the bat. 122/5

10.6 to A Sharafu, ohh, taken right on the edge of the boundary!! Lawrence maintains his balance at long-on. Noor tossed the ball up, and as the ball dipped on a length around leg, Sharafu went slogging at it. The ball ended up at a straightish long-on, where Lawrence tip-toed a bit while holding on to the ball. Good awareness there. 102/2 12.3 to AD Hales, gone!! Well taken by Qais. He moves and dives to his left bang on time, and grabs the ball low. Hales went pushing at this length ball on off or just outside it, but the slowness of the delivery meant he ended up getting it off the outside edge. The ball popped up, and Qais turned into Superman. 108/3
| 1 | 0 | 2 | 1 | 2.00 | 5 | 0 | 0 | 1 | 0 | |
13.3 to SE Rutherford, sliced to backward point!! This time Qais has it much easy, as he takes it with a reverse cup. Rutherford goes hard at this fullish ball which dips on to him outside off, but gets it off the outside half of the bat. The ball was bowled quite slow as well, and that worked. Lawrence has a wicket, and Curran's gamble pays off. 116/4

17.3 to Qais Ahmad, another one gone attempting the big shot. Slower ball from Stone, who bowled it short and just outside off. But the ball got up despite there being a lack of pace, and Qais went for the pull. There was no timing on it, though, and it landed in the hands of the deep-midwicket fielder. 145/8

3.5 to Fakhar Zaman, skied wayyyy high, and taken at mid-on!! Fakhar fails to connect this time. He advanced down the pitch early, and Ajay spotted that. He bowled it on a fullish length, and really wide of off. Fakhar still reached out for it, and ended up ballooning it. Hales, at mid-on, never had to move a step. Simple catch for him, and the DV openers are done. 32/2 15.4 to DW Lawrence, taken at long-on!! The ball always seemed to have come off the higher side of the bat. Short delivery from Ajay, who cramps Lawrence for room. The ball arrived at middle stump, and there wasn't much place to play the pull shot from. Lawrence still went for it, and ended up finding long-on. 134/5 15.6 to Hasan Nawaz, a faint outside edge, and taken by Chand. This ball is much fuller than the last one, but again Nawaz has a poke. It is angled across, and arrives full around fifth stump. Nawaz pushes at it away from himself, and gets a little edge to Chand, who goes up immediately. 134/6

2.2 to AGS Gous, taken at deep-backward square leg!! Good, calm catch from Rutherford. Short delivery from Narine, who gets the ball to turn in again. It finishes on leg, and Gous goes for the pull. But it's the longer boundary, and he can't clear it. Rutherford moves a step or two to his left, and takes it close to the rope. ADKR's captain strikes in his first over. 22/1 4.1 to MDE Holden, got him!! Narine has his second as DV lose their way in the powerplay. This time it's Holden who departs. Narine gave the ball some air, and got it to dip on a full length. It arrived outside off, and as Holden looked to slice it over the in field, he could get it only as far as cover. Stone moved back to grab it comfortably. 34/3

9.2 to SM Curran, taken at short midwicket!! That should ideally have been dispatched by Curran. Even Chawla has a laugh, because he knows he has escaped here. Short ball from Chawla on leg stump, and Curran went for the pull. But despite the friendly length, he ends up pulling it straight to Russell, who tumbles while taking the catch. A wicket immediately after the break for ADKR. 66/4

16.4 to SO Hetmyer, well taken!! Russell and his mates in the dugout are all up and clapping. Sharafu, halfway between point and the boundary while moving back from the former position, kept his eyes on the ball, which Hetmyer had sent a few miles up in the night sky. But Sharafu didn't lose his concentration, and took it while diving forward after Hetmyer sliced at this fullish ball outside off. 138/7
