Fall of wickets: 1-118 (Hashim Amla, 21.3 ov), 2-132 (Jacques Kallis, 25.3 ov), 3-248 (Quinton de Kock, 40.4 ov), 4-328 (AB de Villiers, 48.4 ov), 5-328 (Jean-Paul Duminy, 48.5 ov)
40.4 to Q de Kock, doesn't matter. He's gone anyway. QdK attempts the same shot he played earlier in the over. It's a fullish ball, but Senanayake beats him in the flight and though the batsman gets a good chunk of the ball, he's hitting against the breeze. He hits that into the arms of Mendis at long off. End of a fine innings from a very promising player.. 248/3
48.4 to AB de Villiers, he's gone. Finally, but the damage has been done. AB gets a googly and he tries to slam that over wide long on, but ends up mishitting it towards the cover sweeper. Priyanjan has had a poor day in the field, but he does well to keep his eyes on this one, as the wind carries it. A brilliant innings comes to an end.. 328/4
48.5 to JP Duminy, erm, what was that? A friendly full toss, and JP was way too early into the shot. This is chipped back at Mendis who swallows it with ease. Maybe the wind got a hold of this one and changed the direction. Either way, it's two in two for Sri Lanka.. 328/5
21.3 to HM Amla, oh dear! Amla's not happy with himself here. He's out, just as he looked certain to make his third 50-plus score of the series. He was down the track, but Herath - that wily operator - beat him in the air for what seems like the 91st time today. Amla doesn't get to the pitch, and the shot that he tried to hit over the covers ends up going down long off's throat. Why do Sri Lanka refuse to play Herath regularly in ODIs? I'll never know.. 118/1
25.3 to JH Kallis, gone! That's out, surely. Rangana Herath slides this one with the arm, and hits Kallis low on the front pad around off stump. He did get bat on it as well, but it was after the ball hit pad. Kallis has asked for a review, but it's not looking good. It looks like the tracking software is not working, perhaps because of the wind at the venue. Anyway, despite the lack of a proper review, the umpire upholds his decision. There wasn't much doubt about that one anyway. Beautiful bowling by Herath. Kallis' woes continue.. 132/2

TOTAL44.3 Ov (RR: 5.77, 221 Mins)257
Fall of wickets: 1-57 (Kusal Perera, 5.3 ov), 2-107 (Tillakaratne Dilshan, 11.1 ov), 3-113 (Kumar Sangakkara, 12.6 ov), 4-113 (Mahela Jayawardene, 13.2 ov), 5-151 (Lahiru Thirimanne, 24.2 ov), 6-234 (Ashan Priyanjan, 39.3 ov), 7-249 (Angelo Mathews, 41.4 ov), 8-257 (Rangana Herath, 43.4 ov), 9-257 (Sachithra Senanayake, 43.5 ov), 10-257 (Lasith Malinga, 44.3 ov)
43.4 to HMRKB Herath, short and a little wide, Herath tries to heave it away to the leg side, but only gets a top edge. It goes high over the keeper, but QdK runs back to complete a pretty comfortable catch.. 257/8
43.5 to SMSM Senanayake, two in two for Morkel. That's a full toss that Senanayake tries to loft over the off side, but he's hitting into the wind and has played the shot too early in any case. Jacques Kallis gets under it at the edge of the circle and pouches it no problem. SA one wicket away from their first ODI series win in the country.. 257/9
5.3 to MDKJ Perera, a slower ball does the trick for Kusal. So often Kusal gets off to a flyer and gives it away. He's done a decent job here though. This is full outside off stump, Kusal tries to bang that over mid off, but he mistimes it and offers a simple catch to the man there instead. AB, the fielder, holds up a clenched fist.. 57/1
12.6 to KC Sangakkara, gone! Stangled down the leg side. Sanga goes now and that's a huge blow for this chase. That was an awful ball, waist height about six inches outside leg. Sanga tries to help it on its way, but gets an under edge. Two wickets in two overs now. McLaren had a sliver of his boot behind the white line, so it's not a no-ball, thought the umpires check it.. 113/3
39.3 to SMA Priyanjan, gone! Priyanjan always looked uncomfortable against the slower bouncer. This one bounces less than he expected. He's trying to swat it away to the off side but it takes a thin edge through to the keeper. Mathews is now stuck with the tail and SL are still over 100 runs away.. 234/6
41.4 to AD Mathews, super catch, and that may be the game for the hosts! Again the bouncer gets rid of a batsman. Mathews doesn't control the hook shot, and the tallest man on the park is at short fine leg. Morkel sticks his giant paws up and the ball sticks to his left palm like it's a glue trap. South Africa on the brink of making ODI history here. AB plants a big kiss on Morkel's cheek. He knows what that wicket means, and he's not afraid to show it.. 249/7
13.2 to DPMD Jayawardene, gone! Sri Lanka are falling apart here. Mahela's gone now, playing a top-edged sweep that carried all the way to the man at fine leg, thanks to some help from the wind. He didn't want to sweep it that hard, but any shot to that side of the ground is going to carry further. Huge pressure on this inexperienced middle order now. They need a big stand. Imran Tahir is ecstatic. But isn't he always?. 113/4
24.2 to HDRL Thirimanne, what a ball! He's been turning a few quite sharply all innings, but this time he gets a wicket for it. He's coming in from wide of the crease, flighting it in to pitch at around off stump. The ball spins sharply, beats Thiri's blade, which is miles away, and crashes into off. Sri Lanka's woes continue. Huge job ahead.. 151/5
44.3 to SL Malinga, Malinga is down the track trying to smash it over the bowler's head, but mistimes it horribly and sends up a lob. Duminy backtracks from the crease and gets under it. Makes no mistake.. 257/10
