Dabs a length ball outside off, it goes past short third man for one
Sri Lanka's score seemed to be insufficient and that ended up being the case. They started well with the ball but the game slipped away. You'll find more details on the play in the report by my fellow commentator, Danyal Rasool. We'll be back in a couple of days to cover the action here on ESPNcricinfo, do join us then. For now, it's goodbye from me, Danyal, and our scorer, Vairavan.
Bismah Maroof, Pakistan Captain: We wanted to start well, Tuba's bowling was excellent. It wasn't like she was debuting. During my partnership with Nida, the focus was to rotate strike, pick gaps, and score when possible and I'm happy we were able to do it.
Chamari Athapaththu, Sri Lanka Captain: The wicket is good for batting. But Anam getting a couple of wickets restricted us. We are disappointed as this was the first game here. We were not familiar with the conditions, hopefully we'll get better in the next game.
Tuba Hassan is the POTM for her spell of 4-1-8-3: The debut was better than I'd imagined. I kept it simple, the plan was to bowl against the batters' strengths on a slow pitch. I hope to continue the momentum gained here in the future.
5 pm: After a couple of wobbles in the powerplay and slowing down a bit later with Bismah and Nida Dar consolidating, Pakistan took off with good running and the batters getting settled. Sri Lanka's spinners were not as effective as Pakistan's who got flight and turn. The teams pump fists, Nida Dar smiles and hugs her partner. The dugout is happy as well. The kids in the crowd are elated which is lovely to see.
Full ball on off is crashed over midwicket for six! She came down the ground and clobbered it after getting to the pitch
Comes down the ground and has to change the shot to a dab to point as the length is pulled back. Line is outside off. That brings up Pakistan's 100.
Tries to sweep the full ball on a similar angle and direction. Beaten
Length ball angling away to fourth stump, tries to guide it to third man but is beaten
Tossed up outside off, the full ball is lifted down the ground to long-on. That was played through the line
Slaps a length ball outside off to mid-off
Goes back to a good length ball on off and clips it to midwicket's right and goes for a quick run. The fielder comes in and tries to pick it up but couldn't.
Three overs to go, ten to get. This should be ending early.
Full on middle and leg, cautiously tucks it to midwicket off the front-foot
Full on off, gets to the line with a step across and defends it to the bowler
Goes across and drags a length ball outside off to deep-midwicket with a pull into the outfield.
Bismah holes out at mid-on! It was a full ball on off, Bismah came down the ground and tried to chip it over the infield. The bat's angle was good but the timing wasn't. The wicket seems too little too late, but to even out one cliche with another, better late than never.
Over the wicket
Gets on one knee and sweeps the full ball on off to deep square leg. They thought of two but the timing was a bit too good
Full outside off, creams a cover drive to the deep to bring up the 50-run partnership
Around the wicket
Full on off, swept along the carpet to deep-backward square
Comes down the track and flicks aerially, pierces the gap between deep-midwicket and long-on. It was full and she got to the pitch
Punches a length ball on the stumps back to the bowler
Comes down the track and converts the length ball to one that's fuller. It clipped from off to the gap at midwicket and the running is good again
Good length coming in to middle and leg, nudged towards the empty midwicket area. Bowler stops it
Full on off, Bismah had made room and then shuffled across to adjust to the line and clipped it to long-on
