Cricket's newly-appointed selection committee named two cricketers
for short-term training in Australia.
They are Orient's portly middle-order batsman Mazharul Haq and Rajin
Saleh of Agrani Bank. The two youngsters, who played for the
cup-winning national youths at the ACC Trophy in Singapore last
month, are likely to leave the capital within the next couple of days.
This was the first assignment of the Tanvir Haider led selection
committee, appointed last Friday.
The two players will join Imran and Bikash, who left the capital for
the Australian Academy on Friday.
