60b to A Gardner, Fifth leg cutter in a row, and this time gets the breakthrough! Full and overpitched ball down the leg-side, closes the face of the bat a bit too early as Gardner attempts to flick it away over the on-side and skies it high towards square leg. Lister comes forward sprinting in from the ropes, covers her ground, and takes a breathtaking low catch diving forward!. 92/3 91b to AM King, Edged and taken! What a turn of events out there! It was a back of a length ball slightly kept low outside off, King hangs back deep inside the crease, deceived by the leg cutter of Schutz, and plays the square cut and outside edges to Jones behind the stumps, who was standing up near the stumps and takes a brilliant grab!. 119/7

11b to BF Smith, Played on with a brilliant yorker! Slower yorker on the base of the off stump, moves away from the wicket and tries to shovel it away, connects the under-edge and bounces on the bounce, hits the top of off. All happened in slow motion, and Bryony Smith couldn't believe it!. 13/1

42b to GE Scrivens, Scrivens has holed out! Tossed up fuller length ball in the slot, slight deviation and held on the pitch, plays the heave stroke over on-side and does not quite get hold of it. Long on fielder comes around and completes the catch. 59/2 72b to H Graham, Brett strikes with a loosener delivery! Tossed up loose full toss ball on the stumps, leans forward and picks it up with the full swing of the bat, clips it away towards mid wicket, Lister comes around and gobbles it up.. 107/5 75b to E Threlkeld, Flighted length ball on the stumps, gets down on one knee and plays the paddle, misses the line of the ball and thuds the top right of the front pad, and a massive appeal is turned down. Quick chat between Jones, Perry and Brett. Perry decides to send it upstairs. Ultra Edge confirmed no bat is involved. Ball tracking is coming up, pitching and impact in line, hitting the middle-leg stump. The decision needs to be reversed, and the Phoenix fielders are pumped up!. 109/6

65b to Nat Sciver-Brunt, Chips it to extra cover! That's a massive wicket! Back of a length ball with a hint of turn outside off, NSB charges it through the covers, failed to keep it down, struck it well with the middle part of the bat but hits it straight to extra cover at the edge of the cricle.. 102/4 |
