ECB responds to Match Referee on Kirtley's bowling action

Neither the England Team management nor the ECB has received any communication from the Match Referee concerning James Kirtley's bowling action under the procedures laid down by the ICC.

The ECB will continue to adhere to the ICC procedures regarding this matter and it would not be appropriate for us to comment further at this stage.
