Eng v WI ODI3 St.Vincent 2 Mar 94 : prematch

Barbados captain and middle order batsman Roland Holder has been added to the squad of 13 players selected by the West Indies for the 3rd ODI to be played in St. Vincent on Wednesday, 2nd March.

England have added Ian Salisbury for the third one day international with the West Indies on Wednesday. The Sussex leg spinner has not played since the four day game with the Leeward Islands in Antigua more than three weeks ago. Salisbury is the only addition to the squad that lost Saturday's game and it looks like either he or Phil Tufnell will be 12th man. West Indies have called up batsman Roland Holder while they look set to recall Curtly Ambrose. England take on the West Indies on Wednesday at picturesque Arnos Vale but will have little time to enjoy the scenery. The ground with the Caribbean Sea at one end is staging only its third one day international. England lost by two runs there to the West Indies in 1981 having totalled just 127. More low scoring can be expected on a pitch traditionally devoid of pace and bounce coupled with a thickly matted outfield.
