HKCA calls EGM on 4th December 2013

The Executive Committee has called for an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on Wednesday, 4 December 2013, at 7pm at Kowloon Cricket Club, 10 Cox's Road, Kowloon, and this notice gives the requisite fourteen days of notice.
The business of the meeting is to set the membership and league participation fees (ground fees) for the 2013-14 season as required under articles 5 and 6 of the Memorandum and Articles.
A League & Cup Management Committee meeting will be convened following completion of the business of the EGM.
