Going into the league's sixth season, most of the IPL franchises are still struggling to make money, says a report in Mint. It says that a reduced share of broadcasting fee and central sponsorship revenues, stagnating contribution from ticket sales and rising costs mean most franchises will take a longer time to post profits, although sponsorship incomes for individual teams are stabilising.
