Lanka play Kenya in first game

Sri Lanka, World Cup champions and winners of the Singer 4-nation tourney will make their first appearance in the Kenyan 4-nation tourney when they confront hosts Kenya in the curtain-raiser on September 28.

The other two teams taking part are South Africa and Pakistan.

Pakistan front up to South Africa in the second game on September 29.

All matches will be played on the picturesque Nairobi Gymkhana Club.

The game between Kenya and Pakistan will be contested at the Agakhan Club grounds.

All matches will start at 10 am Kenya time.

Sri Lanka will undoubtedly be the draw of the tourney and it will be interesting to see how they fare against South Africa and Pakistan who they did not play them in the World Cup.

Sept. 28: Kenya vs Sri Lanka (Nairobi Gymkhana)

Sept. 29: Pakistan vs South Africa (Nairobi Gymkhana)

Oct. 1: South Africa vs Sri Lanka (Nairobi Club).

Oct. 2: Kenya vs Pakistan (Agakhan Club, Nairobi).

Oct. 3: Kenya vs South Africa (Nairobi Gymkhana).

Oct. 4: Pakistan vs Sri Lanka (Nairobi Gymkhana).

Oct. 6: Finals (Nairobi Gmykhana).
