The England selectors today announced a seven-man squad to compete in the Hong Kong Sixes Tournament this November.
The squad, which contains six players who have represented England at Test or One-Day level, will be captained by the former Glamorgan skipper, Matthew Maynard.
Lancashire's Glen Chapple, who was called up to England's squad for the Trent Bridge Test against South Africa this summer, is also included.
England reached the final of last year's tournament which was won by Pakistan. They will compete with Hong Kong, India, Kenya, New Zealand, Sri Lanka and South Africa in this year's tournament which will be staged in Hong Kong on November 1-2.

Matthew Maynard, (Glamorgan, captain), Kabir Ali (Worcestershire), Dougie Brown (Warwickshire), Glen Chapple (Lancashire), Robert Croft (Glamorgan), Darren Maddy (Leicestershire), Chris Silverwood (Yorkshire).
