New appointments to BCCSL Interim Committee

The Hon. Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports has appointed six new Members to the Interim Committee of the Board of Control for Cricket in Sri Lanka, with effect from the 14th of May, 2002, under the authority vested in him by Section 33 of the Sports Law No. 25 of 1973.

The Interim Committee now consists of the following persons:

1. Mr. Hemaka Amarasuriya - Chairman
2. Mr. Nalin Laduwahetty - Member
3. Mr. Lawrance Amarasena - Member
4. Air Commodore Ajit Jayasekera - Member
5. Mr. Lucian Merinnege - Member
6. Mr. Jaliya Jayasuriya - Member
7. Mr. Dileepa Wickremasinghe - Member
8. Mr. Nimal Welgama - Member
9. Mr. Ranil Abeynayake - Member
10. Mr. Guy De Alwis - Member
11. Mr. Ranjith Madurasinghe - Member
