submit recommendations in this regard within seven to 10 days which

of the existing umpires on modern lines. It was also suggested to
induct fresh blood in umpiring. The main purpose of this is to provide
a structure for producing top umpires and for improving the overall
standard and education level of the officials in the country. Exchange
of umpires with other countries to stand in each other domestic season
may also take place, the spokesman added.
