Andrew Jones is on stand by to lead New Zealand against Pakistan
on Wednesday after Ken Rutherford was confined to bed with a
heavy cold. Jones, who will retire from first class cricket
later this month, will step in if Rutherford is ruled out. New
Zealand are set to bring in Adam Parore and Danny Morrison for
Tony Blain and Richard de Groen. Pakistan lead the five match
series 3-0 with one game and will again be unchanged with Basit
Ali fully recovered from a twisted ankle.
