Sri Lanka pull off a stunning win against Singapore

At the Kinrara Oval, Sri Lanka clawed back from what would have been a disastrous outing when they were let wandering at 95-6 in the 26th over against debutants Singapore to post a total 197-9 in a match that was reduced to 43 overs.
Nisham Mazahir, batting at No. 4, scored 31 runs and was ably supported by Umesh Karunarathna (28), Thisara Perera (22) and tailender Wimanga Arachige unbeaten on 21.
The Singaporeans, however could not sustain the early onslaught from the Sri Lanka bowlers and were dismissed for 79 runs in 34 overs.
