Team management writes to the Cricket Board on `Murali`s` affair

Sri Lanka cricket team management in Australia will write to the Board of Control for Cricket in Sri Lanka in Colombo asking the local controlling board on what action they should follow on controversial off-spinner Muttiah Muralitharan. Team sources said that they will consult the Board ex-co before taking a final decision on the future of their ace wicket Test taker who was called twice for throwing by the Australian umpires on the current tour. Sri Lanka coach Dave Whatmore televised the bowler from the boundary during their match in Brisbane on Friday, to analyse the spinner`s action.
