1.4 to Shahid Afridi, bowled'm! Powell strikes early - Peach of a leg-cutter. Pitched on an around the middle stump and shaping away, Afridi plays all over it and the ball crashes into the woodwork. Looking to play across the line to a ball that was shaping away. Crowd goes mute and Afridi walks back counting the grass.. 4/1 11.2 to Imran Farhat, gone! short and wide outside the off stump - 'the sucker ball' as the call it in Australia. Farhat goes for the cut and fails to keep it down, Gayle at gully times his jump to perfection and takes it high over his head. Only Gayle could have taken that as it was hit pretty high. 33/2 32.4 to Faisal Iqbal, Gotcha! Banged in short and Iqbal pulled but found the man at long leg. Mohammed judged it perfectly, his feet were dangerously close to the ropes but he balanced himself, and took the catch. Pretty good innings from Iqbal comes to an end. 109/5

14.1 to Mohammad Hafeez, edged and gone! good length delivery, pitched outside the off stump and swinging away - looked like a harmless delivery. Hafeez pushes forward to defend and the edge is produced. Gayle at second slip takes a good low catch. Pakistan three down and in a spot of bother here. 45/3 16.6 to Shoaib Malik, got'm! full and swinging in. Malik plays down the wrong line and is struck on the pad - that's plumb and up goes the finger. 47/4

2.4 to CH Gayle, Rana strikes! full and swinging in. Gayle stands his ground and hits across the line and the ball crashes into the off stump. Pakistan off to an excellent start here - that's the wicket they needed to make a match out of it.. 11/1 2.5 to LMP Simmons, that's the end of that! Rana on a roll here - good length delivery on the stumps, this one straightened after hitting the deck - Simmons was done in by the extra pace and the angle. Easy decision for the umpire as Simmons was caught plumb in front. Naved-ul-Hasan is on a hat-trick here.. 11/2

28.3 to S Chanderpaul, Got im! Short and on the hips, Chanderpaul plays a rather neat little pick-up pull shot but pings the man at fine-leg. Some times it is not such a good idea to pick up!. 152/3
