Kade Harvey, Western Australia's most successful limited-overs bowler, has announced his retirement.
Harvey made his debut in 1994-95 and in 11 seasons took 103 wickets in 79 one-day matches at 27.12 - only Stuart MacGill with 108 has taken more - and his crowning moment came in 2003-04 when he was named Man of the Match for his 53 and 4 for 28 as Western Australia won the ING Cup final against Queensland.
Though renowned as an economical medium-pace bowler who specialised at bowling at the death, Harvey was also a capable lower middle-order batsman.
He played 27 first-class matches, taking 60 wickets at 35.35 and scoring 740 runs at 24.66.
