Seemed to be in the slot for Winfield-Hill to launch down the ground after stepping out, but she probably got too close to the pitch of the ball to get the elevation she needed. Hits it straight to mid-off on the edge of the circle. 26/1 93b to MK Villiers, steps out to the flighted ball outside off, and Villiers fails to get any sort of proper connection on this lofted hit. Mid-off was in the circle, but all she manages to do is scoop the ball in the air and offer her a simple catch. didn't quite get to the pitch of the ball, and ended up having to reach for it. 110/4 97b to KM Chathli, she survived the first ball, but not this one! It's all happening at Trent Bridge! Flat offbreak outside off, and she shuffles across, goes hard at the sweep, and only manages to drag it back into the stumps off the bottom edge.
