18.2 to Shoaib Malik, straight to the fielder at long on! In the slot, and on most days, Malik would have launched that into the stands. But today, when he has been struggling for timing, he can only shank it off the inside half of the bat towards long on, where Karunaratne does the rest. 134/6 18.5 to JK Fuller, another bites the dust! Slower delivery on a full length outside off stump. Fuller walks across his stumps and has a swipe across the line. He mistimes it a touch, though, and spoons it towards deep mid wicket, where Bandara makes up plenty of ground and dives forward to complete a smart catch. 138/7 | ||||||||||

4.1 to Rahmanullah Gurbaz, knocks him over first ball, oh my! Flighted deliciously on a length on middle and off stump. Gurbaz presses forward but then, because he is not to the pitch of the ball, goes fishing at it in front of his pad. The ball grips in the surface, rips past the outside edge and smashes into the top of off stump. Gurbaz can't quite believe what has just happened, but he has to go!. 38/1 10.4 to S Samarawickrama, cleans him up! Excellent bowling! Slowed up wonderfully on a length on middle and leg stump. Samarawickrama is deceived in the air completely and goes searching for it. He over-balances, and leaves a massive gap between bat and pad - a gap the ball exploits before thundering into the stumps. 76/3 | ||||||||||

7.2 to DM de Silva, huge appeal, and given! Hasaranga does the trick again! Googly on a length on middle and off stump, and de Silva has absolutely no clue about that one. He presses forward and then goes searching for it, almost in hope that the ball will hit the bat. But it doesn't. It sneaks past the bat and hits him on the back pad. The umpire raises his finger. de Silva, though, reviews! There is no bat involved, and Ball Tracking returns with three reds! de Silva has to depart!. 55/2 11.4 to WIA Fernando, oh dear, that is such a soft dismissal! Full delivery on middle and off stump. Avishka walks across his stumps early and looks for the scoop. The only problem is that he does not have a lot of pace to work with. But because he is not to the pitch of the ball, and because of the turn, he only ends up nicking it through to the keeper.
