Rossouw is surprised by the extra pace from Obed, and he falls trying to force the issue. 57/5 19.1 to J Da Silva, short ball around leg. Misses the shot altogether, and then slides in a bid to make a return back. Too late, stumped. 49/3 7.2 to M Louis, two in two! Full ball outside off. Again minimal turn as Louis tries to swing his bat across the line for a big shot. Ball goes high in the air on the off side and the keeper de Kock calls for the catch. Taken near point. 49/4 9.2 to PW Hasaranga, a third for Cornwall! Full ball just outside off and Hasaranga's eyes light up. Goes for a slog sweep but the ball goes up towards cover instead for a catch.. 61/6 11.4 to OF Smith, that's a four-for now! Full ball just outside off. Smith gets forward and tries to play a drive but the ball takes an outside edge. Lapped up by the fielder at first slip! This is Cornwall's best T20 bowling figures. 65/7 13.2 to RD John, five-wicket haul! Ooooh yeah! Full ball around off. Turning in, and John tries to club it over deep midwicket. Doesn't have the distance, and Athanaze in the deep tracks the ball beautifully over his shoulder before jumping and claiming a stunning catch. He threw himself backwards after initially running in too much, thereby creating a picture-perfect moment with his acrobatic effort. 69/8 | ||||||||||
