0.4 to WA Young, edged behind to Rizwan! One good ball followed by another. Young is only half-forward - he almost seemed unsure whether to go back or press forward - and he ended up jabbing at the ball by opening the face of the bat. Afridi went with that teasing in-between length - I think this ball was slightly fuller than the previous one - as it shaped away to finish around sixth stump. Young still decided to poke at it, and ended up getting an outside edge. 4/1
26.2 to KS Williamson, edged and taken. Shaheen breaks the threatening stand. A length ball around off, from around the wicket. The ball just leaves Williamson who pokes at it and gets a thin outside edge. A straightforward catch for Rizwan. 134/3
45.4 to MG Bracewell, a length ball this time. Bracewell looks to go big again but this time his pull fails to clear long-on. In fact, Saud Shakeel caught it well inside the boundary line. 254/6

7.4 to R Ravindra, return catch for Abrar! Ravindra walks back looking shocked. The ball arrived lowish towards Abrar, who grabbed it with both hands - and why not? He bowled this one full too, except that this was tossed up, and much slower. It arrived around fifth stump, and Ravindra went whipping using his bottom hand. But he might have been beaten by the lack of pace, as he only chipped it back to Abrar. 39/2
37.5 to DJ Mitchell, chipped to midwicket! One ball after firing a six, Mitchell gives it away, and expresses his frustration. He decided to jump down the pitch this time, and converted this into a dipping, low full toss outside leg stump. But in looking to clip it with the angle into him - and also the line of the ball - Mitchell only found the man placed at midwicket to end a solid knock, and give Pakistan an opening. 200/5

27.1 to TWM Latham, and he strikes straightaway. Pakistan are well and truly back into the game. A length ball angling towards the body. Latham looks to work it on the leg side but the think the ball came a touch slower off the pitch, as has been the case so far today. He ended up chipping it to the left of short midwicket, where Kamran Ghulam dived forward to grab it with both hands. 135/4

33.1 to Tayyab Tahir, stunning catch by Bracewell! Tahir looks the most stunned of us all, and why not? Placed at short midwicket, Bracewell threw himself full stretch to his right, and nabbed the ball with his right hand. Henry bowled a short delivery at Tahir around the off stump, as Tahir got his front leg out of the way, an looked to swat-pull from deep in the crease. He even hammered it back, only for Bracewell to switch his beast mode on. 172/5
43.4 to Shaheen Shah Afridi, full on the stumps. Shaheen goes aerial but finds the deep-backward square leg with great precision. A straightforward catch there for the substitute Smith. 222/8
47.5 to Naseem Shah, finally short ball does the trick. Was just outside off and Naseem ends up fending it to the keeper. 252/9

9.6 to Babar Azam, well taken by Phillips! Babar's painful stay ends, and his first innings as opener in ten years doesn't pay off. Phillips was placed at square leg, and dived forward like only he can to grab this just off the ground. Bracewell had bowled it on the shorter side, and got it to turn in towards middle and leg. Babar looked to play with the turn but ended up chipping it to end the powerplay with a wicket. 52/1
39.1 to Agha Salman, taken at long-on! Mitchell is placed right on the edge of the boundary, and the ball lands right into his lap. Agha had no option other to look for the big hits, but perishes right at the start of the over. Bracewell angled this in, and bowled on a length on leg. Agha was down the track in looking to have a heave through the line, but perhaps the length turned out to be too full after he skipped down or maybe he was cramped for room. 205/7

18.6 to Kamran Ghulam, the dot-ball pressure has consumed Ghulam. Charges down the track, gets low on his back knee and looks to go aerial. But he fails to middle it and long-off, who is well inside the boundary line, takes a simple catch. 103/2
22.1 to Mohammad Rizwan, given lbw! Slower through the air from Santner. It pitched around leg stump. Rizwan went back to defend only for the ball to turn away, beat his outside edge and hit the back leg around knee roll. Rizwan has reviewed it - the only doubt is about where the ball was pitched. It pitched in line of leg stump and would have gone on to hit leg stump. The captain gets captain. Before walking back, Rizwan seems to be giving Fakhar a message. 117/3
38.4 to Khushdil Shah, stumped by a big distance! Complete deception by Santner, who deftly goes wide of off, and also slows it down considerably. It was bowled on the shorter side of a length, and around seventh stump. Khushdil was well down the track by the time the ball dipped on to him. But it also turned back in appreciably, and he was beaten - both by the turn and the lack of pace. There was then plenty of time for Latham to whip the bails off. 205/6
301816.0072000
23.4 to Fakhar Zaman, given lbw. Is that the end of Pakistan's resistance? Fakhar thinks for a bit before reviewing. He has to review if Pakistan are to stay in this game. Was a quicker ball around off that came in with the arm and kept low to beat Fakhar on the inside edge. It hit him around the knee roll on the back leg. In front of off. The ball-tracking shows it would have hit middle. Pakistan have lost Fakhar, both reviews, and most probably the match too. 119/4
