35.6 to CL Tryon, Swing and a miss, and Nawaz takes the bails off. Did Tryon get her foot behind? This one spins away as Tryon looks to slog it away. Tryon's back foot was just about on the crease. And looks like she hadn't really got anything behind the crease when Sidra Nawaz took off the bails. Tryon's second life lasts just three balls, but she did add eight quick runs. Good work by Sidra Nawaz again. 253/6 39.2 to N de Klerk, Taken at deep midwicket. She takes on this full ball on middle with a heave over midwicket, but can't get the distance on this one. Goes straight to Natalia Pervaiz, who makes no mistake. 305/7 39.6 to N Mlaba, Looks for the reverse, misses and loses her off stump. But South Africa have finished with an extremely good total here. This was a length ball on off and Mlaba doesn't get anything on it. Sadia Iqbal finishes with three wickets. This is South Africa's highest score in a World Cup match, and it's come in a 40-over game!. 312/9

1.4 to T Brits, Edged to first slip! It's a third duck in the World Cup for Tazmin Brits! It's the one that nips away now that does the damage. On a length outside off and seaming away, Brits drives at it away from her body and can only manage a thick edge straight to Natalia Pervaiz's hands. 5/1

16.6 to S Luus, backs away to go inside-out but ends up hitting it hard and flat to Baig at extra cover. Sandhu went over the wicket this time and tossed it on leg-stump, Luus looked to back away to clear the infield but didn't get the elevation.. 123/2 30.3 to L Wolvaardt, Oh, she's gone! Wolvaardt denied a century with a lovely delivery. She premeditated and skipped down the track again so Sandhu pulls it a little shorter and gets it to spin away. Nawaz did the rest and the SA skipper goes after playing a fantastic knock. 212/4 30.6 to K Meso, Oh, what a beauty! Nashra Sandhu gets this full ball to spin away. Meso was drawn forward and played away from her body. Takes the edge and Nawaz takes a good catch reaching a long way to her right. Takes the bails off too for good measure. Nashra Sandhu is all smiles and she should be. Excellent bowling this over, and the ball is starting to turn a fair bit all of a sudden. Meso goes back for a three-ball duck in her first World Cup innings. 212/5

6.3 to Omaima Sohail, they took a single because the catch went down, but Omaima doesn't enjoy the same luck Sidra did. Kapp bowls full on the stumps, this one decks back in to beat the inside edge. Pinned plumb in front.. 31/2 6.6 to Sidra Amin, gets a thick bottom edge as she attempts to slash that through point. So the reprieve early in the over doesn't cost South Africa anything. Tyron will be relieved. That was a poor shot, a nothing shot really. Meso can't ask for an easier catch than that. Pakistan in trouble or what?. 32/3 8.6 to Aliya Riaz, beautiful bowling! Big outs swing, Aliya pokes at one tentatively to get the thinnest of nicks through to the keeper. The batter was expecting a short ball - no feet movement whatsoever. Very poor from Pakistan.. 35/4

1.2 to Muneeba Ali, Skied and taken at mid-on. Muneeba Ali walks forward and Khaka goes short and wide. She had a heave and it skied up off the top of the toe end. Mlaba adjusts slightly and settles under it and pouches it. Pakistan lose their first. 10/1

14.6 to Natalia Pervaiz, And she's gone. Skips down the track and looks to swing it down the ground. Gets a faint edge and Meso pouches it and takes the bails off as well. But there was an edge, so it will go down as caught behind. 66/5 16.4 to Fatima Sana, Chopped on! Shortish outside off, but it skids on and stays low. Fatima looked for the cut but with the ball spinning in, she ends up dragging it on. 70/6
