1.6 to JC Buttler, Buttler holes out to mid-off! Tries to come down to a 139kph/87mph hard length delivery and miscues it straight up. Simple take for Santner. There's a long check for the no-ball, and the camera angles aren't very conclusive - but Wayne Knights eventually declares "fair delivery". NZ get the breakthrough at the end of an expensive Duffy over. 24/1
4047211.7553310
17.2 to HC Brook, tumbling catch by Robinson at deep midwicket! Brook finally falls after a sparkling innings. Slower ball, halfway down. Brook set himself with a wide base but didn't get all of this one, and Robinson did well to take a couple of steps in and hold onto the catch as he fell forwards in the deep. 197/3
17.4 to PD Salt, picks out long-off, and Bracewell does brilliantly to keep his balance! Slower ball, in the slot, which Salt looks to launch straight. But he doesn't quite get all of it, and Bracewell avoids toppling over on the rope. Takes it above his head, and his foot was just inside the boundary. 198/4
3036112.0043220
5.6 to JG Bethell, miscued to mid-on! Bracewell wins the war. Slows the pace up, hangs the ball out wide, and Bethell's attempt to slog-sweep goes awry. Doesn't get the connection, goes hard and flat but at a comfortable height for Neesham to hold in front of his midriff. 68/2

17.3 to MJ Henry, smoked... straight to Bethell at deep midwicket! Back of a length, absolutely crunched out of the middle of Henry's bat, but he picks out Bethell five yards off the boundary, who clings onto a stinger. England are one wicket away.... 169/9
17.6 to JA Duffy, short ball, plinked to mid-off! Game, set and match. Wood cleans up the tail, and England take a 1-0 lead in the series. 171/10

1.1 to TB Robinson, plinked to mid-on, Carse strikes first ball! Robinson looks to execute the lofted shot down the ground that brought him six off Wood, but doesn't get his timing whatsover. Full on the pads but chipped tamely to the edge of the circle. Cox moves across to his right and takes it safely. 10/1
1.4 to R Ravindra, full and nicked behind! Four-four-out from Ravindra. Pitched up and the hard, new ball does just enough off the deck to beat Ravindra's flat-footed thrash, audible edge through to Buttler - and that's two in four balls for Carse!. 18/2
3037012.3372321
403248.0093110
10.2 to TL Seifert, hung wide outside off, Seifert gets down to slog-sweep. It hangs in the air for an age, giving Cox plenty of time to run around from wide long-on and take a good tumbling catch. Off the toe end of the bat. Rashid celebrates, and England are closing in. 91/4
12.2 to DJ Mitchell, picks out Salt at deep midwicket! Full and wide outside off, Mitchell gets low on the slog-sweep and looks to drag it away over the leg side, but Salt has plenty of time to set himself and take a simple enough chance. 104/6
16.1 to JDS Neesham, googly, Neesham sets himself and gets a decent piece of it... but there's more elevation than distance, and Banton settles underneath it at wide long-on! Rashid strikes again. Sounded good off the bat, but Neesham trudges off. 161/7
16.6 to MJ Santner, picks out deep backward square leg! Rashid snares a fourth, and that really is game over. Googly, down the leg side. Santner looks to swing it away with a flick of the wrists, but finds Curran in the deep who takes a lowish catch. 164/8
403829.5081230
9.1 to MS Chapman, picks out long-on! Dawson forces him to go across his stumps with that wide line, Chapman can't get his timing on the lump down the ground, and it's a simple low take for Cox in off the rope. Scratchy from Chapman, but he and Seifert did do a decent rebuilding job. 87/3
11.2 to MG Bracewell, Banton slides in and gets underneath it! Dawson has bowled brilliantly here. Uses the angle well from around the wicket, shaping it across Bracewell and encouraging him to hit across the line. He looks to go straight but doesn't get it out of the middle, and Banton runs in from long-off, slides, and clings onto a good outfield catch. 94/5
