Playing Role

Bowler

A wily offspinner who can bowl in the Powerplay, Strano has proven herself to be one of the most consistent and reliable T20 spinners in Australian domestic cricket since her career began with Victoria in 2011. While consistently being among the leading wicket-takers in the WBBL for the Melbourne Renegades, becoming the first to take 100 wickets in the competition, her opportunities at international level have been scarce. She made her international debut in 2017 and was called up as a late injury replacement for Tayla Vlaeminck for the 2020 T20 World Cup. She played the opening two matches but none thereafter.
